Module 1: GEO Audit Framework Overview (60 min)
- The 4 audit dimensions: Content, Technical, Authority, Brand Signals
- GEO Readiness Score — how to benchmark a site before and after
- Tools used throughout the bootcamp
- How to prioritise findings by impact
- Difference between a GEO audit and a standard SEO audit
Module 2: Content & Structure Audit (90 min)
- Scan pages for direct answer readiness
- Identify content that needs reformatting vs rewriting vs creating from scratch
- Semantic coverage gaps — topics that should exist but don't
- How to evaluate whether content is AI-extractable
- Scoring content quality against GEO criteria
Module 3: Technical & Authority Audit (90 min)
- Schema coverage — what exists, what is missing
- Brand mention audit across the web
- Backlink quality from an AI authority signals perspective
- How site speed, structure, and crawlability affect GEO
- Tools to find and document technical gaps
Module 4: Report Build (75 min)
- Compile findings into the GEO Audit Report template
- Structure findings into: Critical, High Priority, Medium, Low
- Write executive summary and recommendation section
- How to present findings that are actionable, not just informational
Module 5: Present & Prioritise (60 min)
- Participants present findings to the group — 5 minutes each
- Group feedback and trainer input on prioritisation
- Identify top 3 quick wins and top 3 long-term plays per site
- Build a 30-day post-audit action plan
